Please note: All pierced earrings and body jewellery are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This includes any style that enters the piercing. These items can only be returned if they are proven to be faulty.

How to start a return

To begin a return, please email us at info@bycelestial.co. If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

How to send your item back

Please place the faulty item securely in an envelope along with a small note that includes your

Our team cannot track messages sent via social media, so please make sure your note is inside the parcel.

Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Damages and issues

If you are reading this because your item arrived faulty or damaged, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience. We will replace the item for you as quickly as possible. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if something is wrong so we can make it right for you.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. As a jewellery brand, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any piercing earrings unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
