1. What materials do you use

All earrings are made from implant-grade titanium. It is nickel free, hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive ears. It keeps its shine, never turns green and stays comfortable for everyday wear.

2. Can I wear your jewellery in water

Yes. Titanium does not tarnish or rust, so you can shower, sleep and live in it without worrying about irritation or colour fading.

3. What is your return policy

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned once opened or worn. If you receive a faulty item, we will replace it straight away. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photo of the issue.

4. When will my order be dispatched

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2 pm are sent out the same day. Orders after 2 pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.

5. What are flatback earrings

Flatbacks have a smooth disc on the back instead of a butterfly clasp. They sit flush against the ear which means no poking, no snagging and a lot more comfort for sleeping or wearing your hair down.
